Hi Tim,
I've just started having problems with people not able to download photos individually or via a zip file.
1. When trying to download individual photos the photo file is showing as zero bytes and so errors.
2. When trying to download the zip file they are getting a message 'Sorry, there has been an error'
Any ideas what the problem might be?
Thanks,
Michael.

Hi Tim,
I found out why people couldn't download photos after placing orders.
I'd setup an s3 bucket policy to prevent hot linking to images from outside the website and this must have been preventing Sytist from resizing or zipping the images for download.
I've removed the bucket policy and things working fine now.
I will investigate if there's a workaround, as I'd like to keep my s3 bucket policy if possible.
Regards,
Michael
