So, I've followed the instructions from https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/photo-products/print-credits/
I have created a product: a high resolution download
I have created a collection: 5 high resolution downloads
When I go to the client's account, I can click "Credits > Print Credits" I can add one collection I've made (one I am using in a coupon) but I can't seem to add the 5 high resolution download collection. Is there a reason some collections wouldn't appear as options?
If I add the "coupon" collection to their account as a print credit, it is added to their shopping cart immediately (there is no "redeem code" that I can see). Then, when they go to their shopping cart all the photos are "not eligible" for adding to that collection.
Has the process changed? Am I missing something?

You have to create the print credit (not a coupon) first in Photo Products -> Print Credits with your 5 high resolution downloads collection. Then add that print credit to the customer account (or give them the redeem code).

Tim,
is there a way to prevent added print credit to the Customer account being deleted when the customers empty it's Shopping cart? We do not give them the redeem Code, but just add the print credit to the customers account, because it is immediately visible in their cart. Unfortunately, if the Customer empty the cart, the print credit is removed, too.
Regards,
Lucas

There is currently not a way to prevent them from emptying their cart and not delete the credit. I will make a note of it.

Tim,
do you expect to have this feature "Prevent added print credit from being deleted when cart is emptied" available soon? If not, is there a way to "communicate" a print credit Coupon Code after the Customer is logged in? (e. g. Splash Page / Welcome Message with Code for Copy and Paste?) Or is there a way to disable "Empty Cart"?

It was added in the last update.
https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/change-log/
* Made it when you add a print credit to someone's account in the admin they don't have the option to delete it.

Sorry for asking this question while not updated to the latest Version. Was on 3.0.0 and didn't see that feature in the changelog.
After updating to 3.0.1 I saw, that the button for "Empty Cart" is removed, once there is a print credit applied. That's fine, but it would be much more user friendly to have this button enabled, but empty the cart without removing the print credit.
