Effective March 29, 2017 PayPal will be updating Website payments standard so that the checkout process gets better. As a result, your integration will be affected.
We’ve noticed that your integration has been passing either invalid or incorrect data to PayPal from one or more of your payment buttons. To make sure your payments continue to be processed, you’ll need to update your integration as soon as possible.
The benefits you’ll receive with your updated integration:
PayPal One TouchTM,our fastest, easiest checkout experience enables your shoppers to check out at the click of a button.
A mobile-optimized checkout experience, so that buying is easy no matter how your customers shop.
A new, simpler design that is consistent across both desktop and mobile.
What do you need to do?
Review the steps that need to be taken to update your integration and FAQs for more information on common integration issues.
You can find the additional details in our developer documentation here.
If you have questions or concerns, please contact us on 1-888-221-1161. We’re here to help and make this update as smooth as possible.
Regards,
PayPal

The only thing I have found that might cause that message is payments over $1,000 having the comma in the price going to PayPal. The last update I changed that to not include a comma.
Someone else received this message, but when checking their site and going to PayPal, it shows the new version as it should. So unless they can tell you EXACTLY what is triggering that message, I don't think anything needs to be changed, at least nothing I can find.
