Maybe there is something in the image data in the photos that won't upload triggering something on the server causing them not to upload.
When they are uploading, is there any error message where you see the progress bar?

How about emailing me a link to your Sytist admin with the username and password and attach a photo that will not upload so I can try it out.

Hi Tim I am having issues again, It is really frustrating that EVERY time i load images to the website a small section do not load. all photos are edited in the same manner via lightroom and imported from the same location. I could have 3 photos next to each other of similar data and then one will no load.
this causes delay in my business and for some I appear to NEVER be able to load them
how do i resolve this as i really do need all images i select to be available on my website for sale

I'm having the same issue, a few of the files will fail to upload using the built in uploader. However, if I FTP the files then process it everything is fine. But that is a 2 step process and takes time. I also find that some files do not upload and do not get listed as an error when using the built in uploader. Seems FTPing the files is my only solution for now. Any thoughts on why this is happening would be appreciated.

I am guessing you both are hosting at Godaddy. It is an issue with godaddy as other people hosting there are getting the same thing (but not all). See this:

f you are having issues uploading photos, there can be a number of factors, but the most common issue is Not enough memory allocated to PHP to process large photo files or post max size or upload max size are too low.
----that may explain the error when uploading 200 photos but not when i then try to upload one photo that has been previously errored---
i am getting the error 500 message

If you have one photo that won't upload at all, either getting a 500 or 403 or I/O error, then there is something in that photo data causing the error by triggering something on the server. I have seen it before. Re-exporting that photo or resaving at a slightly different size might help.

yes but I want to understand why this is happening as all photos are edited and exported int he same manner and so it does not make sense that random photos do not work when they are all exported to the same dimensions.
it is disappointing as when i dot hen get the image to load it is out of sequence
would reverting to FTP fix this issue and if so how do i do that?

FTP uploading then processing might help especially if the error is happening before the image can be processed. Here is info on uploading via FTP:
