Is it possible to have the login in and create account section only appear on a certain page? I have a client section which is were people will go to place an order and that is where I would like that section to appear. Currently it is on every page and I would like to remove it.

Are you requiring customers to log in to see their photos (a setting in your client section)? If so, then any page they try to view in that section it is going to ask them to log in.

They will have to have an access code to view images in the client galleries and be registered to purchase. Thats not an issue. Every page has the Log In and Create Account options displayed in the top left hand corner. I want to get rid of that on every page other than the client viewing pages if I can.

Oh ok, total misunderstood. Here is how you could accomplish this. Basically you will need to use 2 different themes.
Design -> Edit My Theme.
Bottom left menu -> duplicate my theme.
Then rename the new theme something like Client Viewing Theme.
Then go to Site Content and edit your client gallery section (edit under the section name). There is a theme option on the right. Select your new client viewing theme there.
The Design -> Edit My Theme (your main theme). Click additional CSS and add this code:
#shopmenucontainer { display: none; }
Doing this will hide the top mini menu on all pages except for the client galleries section.
Now note that 1) It won't hide it on the mobile menu and 2) During the checkout process those links won't show at the top.
