Group Photos Not Showing Up In Passcode Gallery

Hi there,

I'm experimenting with the new passcode feature. I want to upload some photos from a kids session with passcode in the title and some group shots.
I did it as it is described in the article. After the photo upload it looks pretty good. For the kid photos I see the passcodes and the group photos did not have a passcode. But when I type in the passcode as a client will do, I see the correct kid photos, but the group photos do not show up.
I tried to use it with sub galleries and without. Makes no difference. So I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Have you tried with the group photo in the main gallery and not in a sub gallery?

Yes, I have the group photo in the main gallery. For the passcode photos I tried it in sub gallery and in the main gallery.

Send me an email so I can send you a file that should fix it.

This post is from 2 years ago and any file I would have sent would already be included in newer versions.

Group Photo

If there is a group or team photo they need to be able to view, upload that to the gallery as well but with no passcode (no title). When they have access to their photos, they will also see the group photo. The group photo will only be seen by people with a valid passcode.

If you are adding passcodes to the file names, instead of a passcode use group. Example, prefix-group-dsc_001

Hi Tim

Using the passcode .csv sheet that includes filename, passcode, group - Is there a way to make the group photographs populate from inside the sub gallery instead of in the main gallery? It works when I put them into the main gallery, but not when I load the groups to a sub gallery. The reason I want them in the sub gallery is so I can offer a different price list for the groups. Thank you. Brooke.

Sorry - update, I just over rode the price using the hold tray which worked. Thanks.
