Issue Purchasing From 2 Different Galleries

This may be a bug or just something that I can't figure out. I have a school parent that is trying to order from 2 different galleries this morning. Up to this point, parents could order from multiple galleries with no issues. This morning the parent put items in her cart from one gallery and when she goes to to the other gallery and clicks on the image it says "Image not Available".
I logged in as her and got the same results. I dumped her cart and then logged into the other gallery and could add to the cart, but as soon as I add from the one gallery, it immediately says "image not available" in the additional galleries.
Any help is appreciated. I am truly stumped.

For collections, both galleries must have a price list with the same collection in it. If it doesn't, then it won't let them select photos for it. This is to keep people from adding photos to a collection from a gallery that doesn't offer that.

Scenario: I photograph a preschool and there are siblings at the school. I don't want the parents to mix sibling images into 1 package.
I upload my files via FTP so all the sub galleries are established under the parent folder and all with the same price list.
Is there a way to prevent the mixing of galleries under this scenario. /

There isn't a way to prevent them from mixing galleries in the collection.

As this thread is 2yrs old now, I do hope there is a workaround now - I pay twice to photograph, twice to edit, but parents can combine galleries and I lose half my income? :/
Surely there's a fix for this now otherwise.. this is a really big deal :/

Added in one of the recent updates is an option in collections/packages for "Do not allow adding photos to this collection from different galleries"
