Editing Where Picture Crops On Billboard

I don't know if there is a way or not for me to define where the picture crops on the billboard. Currently if I have a tall photo it crops on the billboad in the middle. I checked under the edit to see if I could slide the photo up or down to be selective that way, but I don't see how. How are people adding vertical photos to their billboards successfully?

I crop all my pictures in photoshop before I upload them so I know what they will look like

There is not a way to move the photo around in the billboard ... it does a center crop. So you would need to mainly use horizontal photos or crop them and upload them to the billboard.
