Sytist is designed to be compatible on all devices and your customers can purchase prints, downloads, collections, products & services from a computer, tablet or phone.
Credit that can be used to purchase products.
Add a credit to a customer's account that can be used to purchase products. When a customer has a credit on their account, it will come off the order like money. If their is left over credit, it will remain in their account. You can also set an expiration date for the account credits.
Redeem print credit and select photos for it.
A Print Credit is a collection of photos, just like a collection (package), that a customer can redeem at no charge and select photos for.
With print credits, you will issue them a code to use to redeem the print credit. Once they redeem it they will select the photos for the print credit.
Unlimited Price Lists
Create price lists with different products & pricing.
Create price lists with different products & pricing. When creating a new gallery, you can select which price list to use for that gallery. You can also assign a price list to a customer so what ever they purchase will be at that price list overriding the price list assigned to a gallery.
Creating price lists are really easy because all the products you want to offer are in a product base. And when adding products to your price lists, you have the option to override the default price for that product & also create quantity discounts.
You can also set a minimum purchase amount on a per price list basis.
Optionally offer free downloads to your customers.

With the free downloads you have the options to watermark the downloaded photo, add a logo to it and make restrictions to how many photos they can download for free and if they have to be logged into their account in order to download a photo for free.
Public & Private Galleries
Password protected galleries.
You can make a gallery public where anyone can access it or private where a password is required to view. You can also password protect individual sub galleries as well.
Add a watermark to help protect images.
With all photos you upload to Sytist, you have the option to watermark the photos when they are uploaded. There is also an option to add a logo to the photos.
When you elect to watermark the photos, all sizes are stored on the sever watermarked with the exception of the original which is used for downloads.
Offer the option for customers to select crop.
For prints, you can offer the option for the customer to select their own cropping. If you have that enabled, when they add a photo to their cart, they have the option to adjust the crop for it. They can also adjust the crop from the view cart page.
When a customer has elected to adjust the crop, it will be highlighted and shown to you on the order.
Pre-Register For A Gallery
Customers sign up to be notified when gallery is available.
You can make a page (gallery) set to Pre-Registration status so the gallery is shown on the website, but when visited, they can enter in their name and email address to be notified when the gallery becomes available.
When you have customers pre-registered for a gallery, when you go live with the gallery there is an option to send those people and email from the admin.
A registry is a way for people to add money to someone's account
A registry is a way for people to add money to someone's account. An example of a registry is if you have a couple getting married, you can create a registry for them so their family & friends can add money to their account (which turns into a credit for them) to purchase products & services from you.

People can search within galleries for photos based on key words. Also a cool feature where people can view all tags of photos in a gallery and click on the tag.

A customer must select a product before other products can be selected.
You can make it so a customer must select a product (print or collection) before other products can be selected.
When the customer adds a required product to their shopping cart, then the other products will become available to them to purchase.
If they add a required product then another product, if they remove the required product from their cart the other products will also be removed.
Receive a discount based on the quantity purchased.
For your prints & downloads, you can offer a discount based on the quantity they are purchasing.

Sytist has a lot of things built into it to make it search engine friendly. Metadata is automatically generate when you create new pages. You also have metadata section to set a default description and key words.
When you create a new section or page, the URL of that page uses the name of the page. Example, you create a page called "Purple Alligators ", the URL would be www.mywebsite.com/purple-alligators/
There is also a XML sitemap updated each time you create a page and this can be submitted to Google & Bing.
