Arrrrggggghhhhhhh! Download Credits
I did go into the client account and it says that they have 5 downloads, but it seems as though it is for the same image. I want the client to be able to download 5 different images.
The way you are trying to do it is not the way it works.
Download credits are used to download photos while they are viewing them. See attached.
If a customer has 5 download credits and they can download a photo for 1 credit, then they can download 5 different images, for 1 credit each, while viewing the photos in the gallery.
They don't place an order when using download credits.

Tim,
I did follow up on your last message. There simply isn't that option to download.
You have collapse options & description checked for your products so you have to CLICK the product name to add to cart and to view the download credit option.

Tim, I am playing with download credits again and I have it showing as your sample (download for 1 credit appears as a link) in my test account but when I click it nothing happens. Choosing the busy season to try and think is the worst idea but any idea what I am missing in the set up?
does the account have download credits? And are there enough credits? Have you assigned the download credits value I.E. 1 credit.? Is the image larger than the original? It will not make a I.E. 800 pixel image any bigger and will not download.
Credits have to be either assigned or purchased first. Once they have been purchased the customer can log back in and download using credits.
Do you have do not allow download until i replace the file, read this. https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/articles...
If you have not read this, then follow these instructions and it works perfectly.

Last but not least you simple may not have enough space left on your server to create the files to download. Unlimited space is not really unlimited. Host your images on Amazon s3.
If they are large files it may also take your server a little bit to process, some times it is not exacly instant.
Email me a link where I can see this and gallery password if needed.

Shoot, I think I have all of Vance's ideas done but again I don't trust my brain by December. I will shoot an email Tim but no rush, I may just revisit in January!
