I use godaddy. when I tried to setup the cron job, I received this email from them about an hour later with this as the subject/body of email.

subject: Cron /usr/bin/php -q /home/content/01/8845101/html/sy-admin/sy-cron.php

Body: /bin/sh: /usr/bin/php: No such file or directory

According to this:
https://www.godaddy.com/help/create-cron-jobs-16086

You should try

/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/content/01/8845101/html/sy-admin/sy-cron.php

If that doesn't work, you may have to ask Godaddy tech support for the proper path to use.
