Just curious if I am doing something wrong. When I look at my stats ALL of the IP addresses are the same IP address. Is there a setting I am missing?

That might be caused by a firewall on the server even though Sytist tries to work around it.
Something to try is in your Sytist admin, click on Settings in the main menu.
Then under the left menu click edit config file.
Toward the bottom of that file before the closing PHP tag which is ?> , add this line of code
$setup['only_use_remote_address_for_ip'] = true; // only uses $SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] for IP address.
