Color Ballance Is Off After Uploading
Has anyone ever experienced a shift in photo colors after the photos have been uploaded? I am using the Green screen option on the site. When I upload the photos from my end they look great. But after they have been uploaded and I look at them on the Website the color balance is way off. Yes, I have calibrated my monitor. I have even printed the photos out what I am looking at on my monitor and they are spot on. But after they have been uploaded, they look like crap. I have never experienced this before.
I have attached a screen shot of both images. what it looks like on the website and one before uploading
The images probably do not have the sRGB color profile. Your images need to have the sRGB color profile.
When they don’t have that color profile it can make the images washed out or off color.
The reason is when images are uploaded, they are processed (resized, watermarked) with what is called the “GD Library” on the server and there is a long standing bug in the GD Library that loses the color profile when the images are processed.
And without the color profile information, it automatically assumes sRGB.

Thank you Tim, Yes I save all images to SRGB never AdobeRGB
