Mail Not Sending

For the most part I think my emails are being delivered to my customers but after one of my customers didn't get her email after trying three times I need some help. I actually have access to the email from the customer so I can confirm she is not getting it. I have asked my web host to investigate and they are not seeing any email going to the customer.
It seems to be when I send an email to customers about invoices or even shipping.
Tim - I can send you my log in info if you can check it out.

If you are seeing the emails in Stats -> Email Logs (like your screenshot), then Sytist is sending the emails. So it would be something on the server side not sending.
