I need to create a page like a STORE where the customer enters the school name and the childs name (required options) and then can view the price list and pick a package (like client/event galleries)without actually having a image to click on. Is there a way to do this? "if it makes sense"

Here is an article on setting up pre-sell packages using a store section:

And you can create options for those to get the name and school.
