I have been searching the support pages for a couple of hours and have decided it may just be faster to ask my question.
I am adding a section that i have separate categories in. In these categories there will be sub categories and pages. I am wanting the section page to show items as follows.
Section
Category 1
Sub Category 1
Page 1
etc
Sub Category 2
Page 1
etc
Category 2
Sub Category 1
Page 1
etc
Sub Category 2
Page 1
etc
I would also like if there is any text on the category pages to show under the category heading.

After you create the section in the Site Content section, in the left menu under the section name, click the + category link to add a category under that section. You can also create sub categories under those categories.

Yes I have been doing that but I can't get them to show up on the main section page like I want.
What I have right now you can see at http://www.carriedthroughtime.com/vendors/
The layout I want is like this http://www.carriedthroughtime.com/links/
I want to do the separate pages for the vendors instead of creating a table and inserting it all manually.
Thank you for the great support.

Sorry, but I am really confused on what you are trying to do. I think what you might have to do is code it in. Here is a page with examples on creating columns with is responsive on mobile

Sorry for being confusing. I think I need to make a new list layout to do the following.
1. List Section title
2. List Category 1 in section
3. Put text from Category 1 page here
4. List Sub Category 1
5. List pages in Sub Category 1
6. List Category 2 in section
7. Put text from Category 2 page here
8. List Sub Category 1
9. List pages in Sub Category 1
If you could help me with the code that will pull those items, I can maybe figure out the list layout by trial and error. If it is not possible to do it this way that is fine too, I was just trying to create a section and then add a different category and page for different vendors, then have them all listed on the same page no matter what category they were in using the Categories as headers above the pages in it.
Thanks

I don't know if this will help, but there is an option when editing a section or category to show pages from sub categories. See attached. That option will show pages from the sub categories inside a section or category on that section page.

I tried that before I posted the first post. This will list the pages at the bottom and all the categories at the top, but only the first sub-category under the section, if you add sub-categories under the first subcategories they don't show. But thank you.
