Customers Unable To Download Replacement Photos

Hello! I've got a problem that's occurring on some orders, but not all. The first part of the problem is that some of my orders aren't coming up with the yellow "Photos pending" alert.   I've replaced the photos in the order anyway, and I've sent the email to them that says their photos are available for download, which the manual says should release the download, but when they click on the link, no download options are available. There's nowhere that I can find that lets me release those photos for download. I'm able to save them to a folder, but that's it. Other orders are coming up with the "download pending" alert, and those seem to go through the process just fine. I replace the photo, send the email, and they're able to download them. I'm not sure what's happening, but I could use some help. Thanks!

It sounds like those that don't have the pending message aren't download products.

What is an order number that you can't get downloads on?

One of them is 10013 and another is 10014. Thanks for checking it out!

The collection purchased was created as "Selections Only". That means they are just selecting photos. It doesn't include any products, and no download products.

You need to create the collections selecting "I will assign products to the collection" then assign your download product to the collection and the quantity.

Thank you Tim! I followed those instructions, adding the buy all options to the small photo and large photo collections as products and hopefully will now avoid that problem. As a result, my site now has lost the "buy all" button that appeared at the top of each sub gallery. I'm sure there's a simple way to get it back but I'm not able to find an option for it. It's not vital, but it was helpful. Is there a way to get it back? I appreciate your help! Thank you!

Buy All products need to be in their own product group in the price list marked as a buy all product group for the button to show above the thumbnails.

Thanks so much! After you pointed it out, I could clearly see the instructions and it made perfect sense. I appreciate your help!
