Group Photo In Passcode Protected Gallery

Hi Tim,

I manually load my group photos to the galleries and then set them to "Do not allow to be purchased as a download or downloaded as a free download".  This way everyone can see them who has access to the gallery,  but if I have 2 group photos, which happens with rotating kinder groups, I can load both.

Is there a way where I could still mark the photos as a group photo so I can turn this feature on?  It would be amazing to use.

Thank you

Mary

It only works with group photos with the QR passcodes because of the way the group photos work with that. Not a way to just mark certain photos as group photos to make that work.

Thanks Tim.

Out of interest can you have a group with 2 group photos using the QR method?  I am hoping to change to it as it looks fantastic.

There can be multiple group photos of the same group. But if you mean one subject in different group photos, no. Like if the group photo was set by teacher, the subject would only have 1 teacher selection.

Hi Tim,

Is there a chance of having this in the future?  A lot of my kinders now do what they call rotating groups.  For example if they have 60 kids they split them into 3 groups of 20 children -  A, B & C.   Monday's they'll have group A & B.  Tuesday groups A& C and Wednesday groups B & C.  This means if I photograph on Monday and Tuesday, to get every child, that Group A will be in 2 different group photos.

Thanks, Mary
