I'm Not Getting First Half Of Cc

There have been numerous orders that I have received lately where the customer is paying with a credit card.  I will normally receive half of the number on the order with the expiration date and the other half in an email with the security code.... I am not consistently receiving the email.   It has been very inconsistent the past month or so.   Sometimes I'm getting the email and sometimes I am not... Please advise.   I have checked all of my spam and trash folders to make sure the messages aren't going there... they are nowhere.

Receiving emails has to do with the hosting.

But you can find those in Stats -> Email Logs.

Ok thank you!   I was able to find it in the email log!   I appreciate your help
