Send Out Automated Order Email For Pay Offline Customers?

How do I configure my settings to send an automated email (with order details) for customers who do not pay by Credit Card and pay by the "Pay Offline" method (cash in person in this case)?  Obviously the order emails go out when they pay by credit card, but I need customers to be able to reference an email that can serve as a reminder to them for how much they owe before they show up on photo day.  I am looking through Settings, and automated emails and things, but cannot seem to find what I need for this.

They are automatically sent an email with the order details when they place the order with pay offline. The "Order Pending" email.

That's not working then.  Customers are not receiving order emails.  In mail sending settings I have set "Add return path field in email headers" to No, and test emails go out but not the automated order emails to customers.  If I set it to Yes, nothing goes out including test emails.  Not sure what to do.

I can't figure this out.  I have it set to PHP, and No, and the test emails go through, but order emails will not.  I have tried all combinations for gmail SMTP settings with TSL, SSL and the ports (25, 465, 587 port numbers), but no success.  Why are the test emails working but nothing else?

If you see the emails in Stats -> Email Logs, then Sytist has sent the email.  It is up to the server to get them into inboxes. You will need to contact your host and perhaps they can give you the right settings for SMTP and trace emails.

If you are trying to use gmail in the SMTP settings then yea, that is probably an issue since you can't.

If you want to use the SMTP PHPMailer option, you have to set up an email account in your hosting control panel and use that information.
