Can I Change The Color Of The Splash Screen Window?

It's been a while since I remember how to do something like this. I remember being able to make the window for early bird into a green color. We used it last year, and for some reason customers would still ignore it. I would like to experiment and see if a bright color would draw their eyes to the message we are trying to advertise.
