Stripe Payment Goes To Blank Screen
Test code is working in stripe - brings up payment and product details page after clicking pay now but live mode does not. Customers have messaged to let me know
When I re-entered all the api keys and bought a product in live mode, again the blank screen but strangely the sale appears in my sytist but nothing in stripe at all so it appears no payment is being taken. Please can someone help?!
What version of Sytist are you using? You might be in an area where you need to use the "Stripe Checkout - 3d secure V2 / SCA" option which was added several years ago.
- Added Stripe Checkout Payment Option which is ready for Strong Customer Authentication and 3D Secure V2 which European users will be required to use starting September 14, 2019. (Settings -> Checkout & Payment)

That is a pretty old version. You should update your Sytist to use the new Stripe integration. How to update.

Thanks for the reply Tim. I appreciate that it’s an old version. I’m not sure if you remember but recently I got in touch to ask if I would need to upgrade from my current old version in order to use stripe. It was suggested that the old version would support stripe payments which I was glad to hear given it is a one off job I am using sytist for. I was pleased to hear that upgrading wouldn’t be required, however now it seems it may be a cost I need to factor in. Is there no way around the issue?

I don't know what the issue is exactly you are having, could very well be you needing to use the new Stripe integration, but your version is too old for me to try to troubleshoot.

I've updated, activated the secure V2 version and still can't get Stripe running correctly. The screen still goes completely blank after clicking to pay.
