Issue With Collections And Gift Prints

I am experiencing what appears to be an unexpected behavior in our ordering process.

I have created a price list that contains a collection to provide a 'build-your-own' package that should include 3 'units' but it is only allowing one and then determining the collection to be complete. I have provided a composited image of the collection set up on the left, and the ordering process on the right.

I am assuming that I do not have this configured correctly?

Unfortunately that is not how it works, the "Qty" is total number of prints they will get IE 5x7. If you want them to choose multiple poses, you need to set up each package like this. See attached. The collection options will be stuff like paper types, graphics, custom work ETC. So if you are selling in sheet format you need to have those products first in "product base"

P.S. i have not sold in sheet format since the early 1990's photo labs no longer print that way, unless you have found a lab that still print wet prints on older machines, but even then most wet labs will only print the wallets on a sheet if they do not have the right attachments to print wallets.

I have been attempting to follow the instructions shared in this link. Am I interpreting the meaning incorrectly?

This is actually being caused by a mixture of greenscreen gallery & PHP 8 when adding to cart. I'll email you a file to upload that will resolve it.

I am afraid that I am experiencing this again but on a different, pre-order pricelist.

It allows the collection to be added to the cart, one of three options to be selected, but no more.

In testing, I found that the copy of the collection that I have in the non pre-order price list is still working just fine...

Any direction that you could provide is welcome. I don't think I missed anything but you never know.  :)

Post or email me the link to the issue. I don't understand it.
