Sql Error When Checkout From Cart

Hello,



People have this error message when they checkout form the Cart



MYSQL ERROR: User 'Belartphoto' has exceeded the max_questions resource (Curent value: 150000




I contact Netfirms, the support told me to install SQL QuerryMonitor Plugins, but the website in not wordpress, so I can't install this plugins.




My website don't have high traffic, so exceed 150 000 request per hour is suspecious,

You will need to have your host up or remove the MySQL max questions limit. There shouldn't be one. It is not an issue with the software Sytist.

There are a lot of queries going on.

But can I receive a notification when custumers face such issue on the website ? I have been advised because it was a friend trying to complete an order, But I don't know for how long people can'T place order on the site.

I try to reproduce the eoor and I face an other error.

I try to place an order and when I click next i have the error: "You need to fill all mandatory field" but in that page there is no empty field. What is missing ? Thank you

Email or post the link to the gallery you are trying to purchase from, password if needed, and what item you are trying to purchase.

Looks like your IP address in on a blacklist. I received your other email.

This is caused by a new feature not requiring fields at checkout for download only orders. I have it fixed and will put out a follow-up update sometime today or tomorrow morning. In the meantime you can go to Settings -> Account Requirements and check the box "Download Only Orders" next to the Phone option under "Placing an order".
