Is there anyone out there that is good at helping troubleshoot your Sytist website?

Looking to hire someone that can fix my emails (emails are currently not being directed to my email address and have tried following the steps to correct.)

And the credit card feature is not working.  Also followed the steps to correct.

I am NOT web savy and despately need someone to help me out.  I contacted Support, but he wasn't that helpful.

If you are using Square for payment and have not recently updated your Sytist  (like last year) then that is the issue with payment. See this post about it.

And see this for troubleshooting emails.

Tim,

I did have my son read the troubleshooting emails and look at the site.  He still wasn't sure how to fix the issue and he's a computer science major at Rice University (on the honor roll).

I just checked my PHP and the hosting is PHP 8.1...

So I purchased the $99 update...Now there is jibberish on the site.

The PHP needs to be downgraded to 7.4 before you can apply the update. You are probably seeing errors because it is PHP 8 and your Sytist has not been updated.

If you look at the bottom of the email troubleshooting page is states:

IF NONE OF THE ABOVE WORK YOU WILL HAVE TO GET WITH YOUR HOSTING SUPPORT BECAUSE THIS ISSUE IS WITH THE SERVER. NOT A SYTIST ISSUE.

AGAIN: IF NONE OF THE ABOVE WORK YOU WILL HAVE TO GET WITH YOUR HOSTING SUPPORT BECAUSE THIS ISSUE IS WITH THE SERVER. NOT A SYTIST ISSUE.

So you need to contact your host as it is a server issue with emails, not a software issue.
