Forms Not Coming Through On Email.

Hey Tim,
I have 2 forms that are not hitting the server when submitted. I know this is normally a hosting issue, but I have spent 3+ hours on the phone with the hosting company trying to figure it out. They seem to think it is something in the contact form scripts that are not sending it to the server although I can see it in the email logs. All order email work. Test email work. I can send emails fine. Just cannot receive my Contact us(https://www.sportslinephotography.com/contact-us/) or Photo day inquiry email(https://www.sportslinephotography.com/photo-day/ **Form on bottom of the page).

Hi Joey, i just sent you a "contact us" form on your site. See if it worked. If it did my number is on it, i live in woodbury. I would like to talk to you can i give you a call.

Let me guess, hosting at godaddy. This is their issue.
