Hi, I'm trying to activate paypal checkout and have followed the instructions on your help page, however the only app I have listed in the live section is MyApp_Facebook_Inc. Can I use this for the id and Paypal secret or do I need to create a different app?

Sounds like you need to create a different app, that wouldn't be a client ID or APP secret.
