Attention

If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.

You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

Photo Orders Not Matching Customer Orders

I've had 2 clients over the weekend place orders.

The first one, her order total was $250 and the site sent her and myself the confirmation email with 1 photo listed (she had actually ordered 4 different images).

I had a 2nd lady this morning email because it the site wouldn't let her check out.

Any ideas what's going on?
Thanks in advance,
Jennifer

Does the order email show the same as the order in your admin?

Wouldn't let her checkout ... as in getting an error? Or a declined payment? If an error, what is the error message and the payment option?

Hey, Tim. Thanks for your response.

The $250 order was for 4 images, the admin & admin email had 1 photo listed and the $250 total.

The next client's order was just blank. lol Had the $50 charge but no photo selected. Was the same in admin & admin email. Is it operator error on the client end?

Another client messaged in and said when she entered her debit card info to check out and she clicked process and said she got the "site was unavailable"...that's all the info I have on that one, she called in her order after that.

Any ideas?
Thanks again!

Are those collections/packages by chance that they were ordering? It could be they added the collection to cart but didn't select any images.

For the site unavailable, it could have been a temporary server issue. Has she since been able to place an order?
