Attention

If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.

You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

Photos Not Appearing In Gallery (pop Up Image)

I can view my client's thumbnails just fine in the client gallery. However, when I click on a photo to enlarge it and open it for ordering/adding to the cart, it just sits there and "loads" forever but never ends up loading. My clients can't order their images. This started on my iMac, so I used my MacBook for orders and it seemed to work fine. Then after a few weeks (tonight) I noticed that they won't open on there either. I have reset and cleared cookies and settings, but I don't think it is a browser thing. I've tried opening it across 4 different browsers and it still won't load the image. I'd love some help, as I have some clients coming in tomorrow for ordering.

Thank you!
Jess

Check and see if it is working now. You may have to refresh your browser. I uploaded a file to your site (had info from before).

Tim- one more thing. It worked on my MBP like I said above. But I just got to my office and tested it on my iMac. Still a no go. Do you think that since it works on one and not the other that it is a browser issue now?
