Just wondering if it's possible to configure an automatic follow-up email say, 24/48/3days/whatever after an order is made and the original "thanks for your order" email is sent out.

This has been discussed more than once, and it is not possible at this time.

Tim - if this is indeed "not possible at this time" could it be looked at for future please?
I would gladly forgo one of the many shopping cart reminders ( I think we have 4 ?! ) for just one like this.
