Change Of Business Owner - Transferring Sytist Account/website Details

Hi Tim,

My friend is taking over our business, Ballarat Kindergarten and Childcare Photography. She has made an account and I have granted admin status, but she still cannot login.

How can I transfer the main admin role to her? I am still in that role, and will need access during transition.

Are you sure she is logging into the admin side and not the frontend? There is a difference, you will need to give her the admin side address link.

You will need to email me her name and email address so I can change the account.

But for logging into the master admin click Admins in the main menu and just edit your admin info and change it to hers.
