Green Screen Images Not Showing Up In Cart

when i add a green screen image to the cart, the little preview thumb wont show up, just a broken image. is this normal or is there something i need to do to make these show up?

The problem is the PHP function "allow_url_fopen" is set to OFF. With it off it can not copy the photos from the Amazon S3 server to 1) create the green screen photo preview and 2) generate downloads.
You will need to get with your hosting company (unless you can do it) and enable allow_url_fopen
