Private Booking Calendar??

Is it possible to hide a booking calendar from the public but make it available to only those people who are sent the link to it?
I ask because I need to set up a booking calendar for a client who wants their staff to book their own studio sessions. These bookings will not have a deposit required (unlike my default public bookings).
Not sure the best way to implement this.
Thanks in advance.

Could this be as simple as just don't add the service to any menu systems on your site, that way no one would ever be able to access it without the direct URL. Send the link to those you want to have access and no one from the general public will even know it exists.

I thought of that, but it would still appear on the main bookings section link, I think.

Create a custom menu link, or a second booking section that is your "Private" one, and just don't add it. Just thinking out loud.

Just leave the status to Draft and email them the link. With it at draft, they can access the page directly but it won't be listed on your site with other services.

You can also have a password protected section.
Create a new Catatory called "COMPANY HEADSHOTS" There are a TON of options to protect it so only people that "know" can access it.
Be sure you have "Over ride other bookings" field taken care of, That's a setting that might effect.
You can set specific days and times, and only book the session on THOSE days. It's GREAT!
