Clients are trying to login to their galleries and they can't select their galleries. When they choose "Find My Photos" the gallery is there but greyed out see screen shot

That looks to me you added some code somewhere and is missing a closing bracket or something to that extent.
Check any recent changes you made like in the header or footer section.
