Trouble Accessing Sytist On My Site

I'm having difficulty accessing the Sytist dashboard on my site.
Using the address; https://mywebsite.com/sy-admin/index.php
Entering the User Name and password results in a 403 Forbidden screen - Access to this resource on the server is denied!
I imagine I'm doing something stupid, but cannot figure it out! Input is appreciated!

403 server errors are usually created by mod security on the server. You will need to get with your hosting company about the error.

I was able to access Sytist on my site using a different computer. Using the same user name/password on my primary desktop and the 403 is shown.

That is still a server / mod security issue which your host would need to look into.
