Sorry for any repetition but I've gone through the docs and can't find a clear answer on this:
What is the best/easiest method for me to deliver all of the original files from each sub-gallery to a client - either paid for (for wedding guests) or free/coupon (for the couple):
So each client gallery will typically have:
Pre-wedding Shoot
Wedding Day
>> 01 getting ready
>> 02 Ceremony
>> 03 Drinks
etc etc
I tried creating a 'Buy All' but it limits the download to the current sub-gallery.
I don't want the client to have to select a range of pictures or do this multiple times - I just want to be able to deliver everything easily and without fuss.
How are people doing this?

Customers can download photos in zip files. But it will only be able to generate about 40 or so images per zip file.
You can also offer free downloads and they can download in zip files:

However if there are a lot of photos then the easiest thing to do for your customer that is getting all the photos is to create the zip file yourself of all the photos and FTP upload them to your server and give the customer the link to the zip file.
