The z-index for your social share must be higher than the cookie notice. What is the link? I would have to come up with some additional CSS code for you.

The z-index of the addthis code is extremly high and I can't get it to display behind the cookie notice. Either one has to go or you will have to hide the addthis until they agree to cookie terms then it will display on the following page.
To do so Design -> Header & Footer -> Head SCRIPT tab add this code:
setTimeout(function() {
if($("#cookiewarning").length > 0) {
$(".st-sticky-share-buttons").slideUp(200);
}
}, 1000);
