Page Numbers Within Galleries

Is it possible to have page numbers show at the top of the gallery and at the bottom?
most of our galleries have several pages in them and I can not seem to find how to have the page numbers show at the top and the bottom. Our customers have to scroll to the bottom of the page to select a different page.
Also is there a way to quickly scroll to the bottom of a page within a gallery?

There is not an option for the page menu to be above the thumbnails.

You can go to Settings -> Photo Settings and set the number of thumbnail per page to 40 so there are less photos per page and can scroll quicker to the bottom.
