Custom Order Confirmation Email - Display Issue

Hi Tim

I just created a custom order confirmation email test as I was hoping to add a link to a customer survey within the automated email response/'Thank you for your order'. However, the display is corrupt. Is this because I am adding a link that is not a default option in the brackets? eg [URL] Is there some way to achieve this? Please see screen snip of how it was created, and below how it displays in the email.

I'm not sure where you are adding this and there is no screenshot attached.

Do you have quotes ( " ) in the URL you added? Looks like something like that is causing that.
