Failed Uploads With A 404 Error Code

Hello,

I am running the most current version of Sytist and have increased my hosting and uploading limits for my website to address various issues I have been having over the last few weeks. I am now getting error 404 messages when I'm trying to upload photos. Any help to address why this is happening would be appreciated.
