Help: How To Remove Free Downloads From A Client Account

Hi Tim,

we made a little error and don't know how to undo it.

We used the feature that lets you log in as a client to help them with an order; but we forgot to log out afterwards. Later, we downloaded a zip file of some free photos from an event gallery. Now they all appear in her client area under My Account > My Downloads.

She did not attend the event and of course didn't download them herself, so she is asking me to remove the photos from her downloads list, but I can't find a way to do that! I have tried removing her account from the "People" tab on that gallery but it made no difference, and I can't delete the gallery itself because others are still using it. The free downloads don't show up as an order in the system either, so I can't change it through the order area.

Please help?
