Wrong Total And Missing Products

Yesterday I had two orders come in from the same person. Both orders were about an apart. The first order was for 5 digital downloads. The price of those downloads was $5 each. However the total for the order was only $20. The tax charged was for the $20 too so for whatever reason item wasn’t charged. I have no discounts so I’m just trying to figure out what happen.

The same customer and hour later placed the 2nd order. This was a different type of picture and so used a different price list. But she again purchased at least 2 downloads from what I understand. I don’t know the exact details because there are none in the invoice. It is completely blank, just the price and tax. I’m still tying to communicate with here to understand what she ordered. I have attached images of both orders.

Both orders were completely processed through Paypal so they are paid for.

To the best of my knowledge this has never happened before and it is strange both of this “issues” happened to the same person.

Do you have any thoughts on this?

I don't know what could have happened.

Is the IP address the same on both orders?
Does it show in the stats she was on a computer, tablet or phone?
Have they purchased before?

I asked a bunch of questions to see if anything happened while she ordered but she hasn’t responded. If I learn something I will add to this thread.
