Client's Account Credit Didn't Get Automatically Applied To Her Order

Hi,
I just got a client order where the client emailed me and said that her account credit wasn't showing on her order. I assured her that it automatically comes off of the order once she submits it, but this time it didn't. I had to go in and request a refund. Any ideas for why that might have happened?

It's a bug with expired credits even if it has been used. I have not been able to create a fix for it yet.

Has this still not been fixed? I've had it happen with multiple clients recently and it's super frustrating.
If I extend the expiration date of the previously used credit, will the new credit show up in their cart?

No it has not. The only way for me to fix it really is to remove the credit option completely or remove the expiration dates of credits.
