I'm running a special for the holiday where I've re-opened all galleries from this year so clients can order (and offered a special holiday gift price list with a sale). I'd like to send out a mass email to everyone who has an open gallery with information about the sale and the link and password to their gallery.
is there anyway to do this without going into each individual gallery and sending out an email for each gallery?

There is no bulk emailing feature. You can go to People -> Export and export all your customers then import that into something like MailChimp.com.
