I had to fix EIGHT orders today where the (now cranky) parent added a buy all package from the favourites page and only got a couple of files instead of all of them. Is there any way to turn this off?
(I don't have the buy alls in the button at the top as I want to have them listed with the rest of the packages. If I could have them listed BOTH in the Buy all button AND in the normal packages that would be awesome.)

The reason I want the buys alls listed with the rest of the packages is they are much better value. If a parent does NOT click the buy all button and goes straight to packages, the buys alls are no where to be seen. Having them listed together also highlights that they are much better value.
Ideally, I'd love to have BOTH the buy all button and then the same packages listed together with the other non buy all packages.

You can go to Design -> Edit My Theme.
Additional CSS in the left menu and add this code:
#buyallfavorites { display: none; }
It will remove the buy all photos button that appears above the thumbnails. It will still show the option though when viewing individual photos from favorites.
