Disable Discounting On Photo Options

I have a standard price list 4x6, 5x7, 8x10 etc. etc. For each product I have an option for mounting. When someone orders in the early bird discount timeframe (OR) applies a coupon code, I only want the print itself to be discounted, not any of the options like mounting. Is there a way to configure this?

There is not an option to not apply the discount to the options. If the product itself is discountable, then the options for it will be as well.
