"Click here if you would like to return to '2019 Summer i9 Sports Basketball'" appears twice on this page. How do I delete the bottom link (I only want one link showing up). Also, how do I delete the leaf and "make a note?" Thanks!

Can't remove those. There are 2 for when the shopping cart is long and people can access the link at the bottom of the cart.
There is a option in the Settings of your price lists (Photo Products -> Price Lists) on whether to allow customers to make notes on photos.
