Sometimes Find My Photos Code Doesnt Work?

This happens to me and clients and i'm not sure why?
Just then I had an email from a client saying her code came up blank/ no photos, so I tried it and same for me. So I tried it again and they were there.
I guess it's just a random glitch thing, but just putting it out there. Currently I just reply "IDK" and ask them to re-try but I know from experience that some people don't bother to ask and never try again, they stupidly just assume there's no pics for them.
