Email Marketing Or Text Marketing?

Here’s an interesting question: I have mail chimp integrated with my stylist site and when looking at the stats I see little or no bounces or unsubscribes. I also see few actual clicks. I read recently that teens ( many of our target market) don’t use email anymore. Also that people in general use it less.

Has anyone thought of a way to market to our customers through stylist using text? Is that possible?

It's super easy to use a third party sms service. Export the phone numbers (and names if you need them and your set)

Thanks! I’ll look into services that are economical enough for us to use. Mail chimp was perfect because it cost us nothing. I’m all about saving money LOL.

I think the stats show over 90% of texts are opened while less than 10% of emails are. In this day and age email marketing is just not as effective.
