Hi Tim,
Are greenscreen images supposed to download at 96dpi?
I upload my images as 8x12 at 300dpi png files.
My backgrounds are 8x12 at 300dpi jpg files.
When my customers download their images they are 8x12 at 96dpi.
Am I doing something wrong?
All of my non-greenscreen images download at the full 8x12 at 300dpi quality.
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Todd

When photos are processed, which uses the GD Library, it is unable to set the DPI. Limitation of the GD Library. The green screen photos are processed (adding the background) but regular downloads set to use the original file are not processed.
